I for one support whatever helps a man quit.  With that said, the site that you referenced is referred to as "Quit Lite"  here at KTC we are "extreme".  I know myself well enouogh that if I cave after making my daily promise, and when I went back and told my group they coddled my nads and said "its OK...we understand...this is hard...I caved too".  Then I would not be terribly motivated to quit.  On the other hand if I made a promise to a bunch of extreme sons a bitches that didnt give me a pass and held my ass accountible....well, I would respond to that.  Anyway, I am glad that you have decided to quit.  I wish you well and our door is always open to you.

We are rough because we have to be. We don't mean anything personal but a quit is something you don't beat around with a feather. The nic bitch is a tough one and only a metal baseball bat will suffice.

Good luck with your quit. I hope smokelesstobacco.com offers some sort of accountability like KTC.org does. It is truly one of the most powerful tools to combat this addiction.
In this world, accountability is king. Not posting roll is setting you up for fail.

i read some great articles on some of the peoples quits when i was on there one day, met some of the people when i signed up and just went with it. damn i'm sure you all got some good stories as well. I was a little taken a back by some comments that a few guys left me on here. Talkin shit to someone they don't know? I didnt get that. But i'm sure most of yall are good fuckin dudes
Don't take the attacks personally man. They're only looking out for you. Our habit and addiction is a death sentence for us and we treat it as such. If being like that helps somebody realize that very fact, then we've all won as we get somebody else on board to help us.

Hey man, glad to see you've gone 3 days. I haven't been to that site, but I have heard/read a lot about it on here from various people. All that matters is it works for you and you're staying nicotine free.
50 years is a hell of a habit. Never too late to stop. Enjoy the rest of your life nic free. I sure as hell know I'll be there. All done one day at a time.
Also, 3 days is huge. We have all been there at one point. We all know the suck you're going through. If you ever need anything feel free to PM me.

I find it extremely disrespectful to come in here and jerk off.
Well, if my jerking off is making you uncomfortable,

stop watching :ph43r:
What if I just get to the point of "pre-gasm". Is that considered jerking off?
If it is in your hand, you be jerkinman
Does that include washing it in the shower ?

'crackup'
It is your soap and your dick so you get to wash it as fast as you want.

*(still qualifies as jerking it)*
So if there is a loofa in my hand, I'm in the clear as there is no schlong palm party going on.
