Today was an interesting day. In a van with one smoker who used the in car ashtray (his car) and a dipper. I was in the back and thought I was going to blow chunks. I have been pretty fortunate to not be surrounded by any of this the past 350+ days for the most part but that was awful.

A year ago I would have been bumming a dip and not paying attention to the smoke, today I went home for lunch and took a fucking shower I felt so damn slimy from the cig smoke. So happy I get to have my suit coat drycleaned to remove the smell. What a douche.
Should have blower chunks, maybe they would figure out how nasty they were! Quit on! Is that pic in avatar you?
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Day 50, half way to the first big stop on a long journey. Feel better than even with no craves and my body seems to finally be back to human being normal.

Three weeks and a day. Pretty amazing the difference in just 3 weeks. Still have minor craves but they are easy to swat away like flies.
Good for you. Keep the focus.

1 week in. Day 7 is exponentially better than day 2.

Still have some minor craves but nothing like the first 3 days and not too hard to brush off now.

Now its just accepting the fact that I can never put another dip in my mouth....period.
Don't sound so remorseful when you say it. It's not a bad thing, in fact, it's fucking wonderful. I gladly wake up and say fuck you nic, you ain't getting none of these fresh pink gums today. 'Finger'
Not remorseful at all. Totally agree with you guys. I just made that mistake 8 years ago after being clean for 5. Shit is never getting near my mouth again, I know it is nothing more than a highly addictive poison our government pretends to hate while taxing the hell out of it.
Much better. You ever need an extra layer of accountability/support, give me a shout. Proud to quit with you today!

X2 ^^^^^. When I see a dude with a dip in I am so thankful I am quit, I have zero remorse, and pity him. I realize now how stupid I looked and how bad that shit smelled. Be happy brother, today is another day of freedom!
