I'm guessing by your screen name you're a big fella and since big mofos don't let little shit bother them, you got that little round can beat. It's no match for you Hoss so continue to kill that bitch with each +1. Do not give in Hoss. Don't even keep idea in your head that one day you'll be able to control the Nic bitch because our addict brains are forever wired for the Nic. Once we take it in, we will be back on the can as if nothing ever happened. I've been quit for 161 days and I've saved over $1200 thus far. You can do it too, ODAAT.

Well after 30 years of dipping Copenhagen I am at day 2 of my quit! Possibly the best thing is that my older brother quit dipping today as well. So far the urge has been managed well with seeds and smokey mountain. Great site and I am glad I found it.

*Reason for quitting. Not going to lie, I have an 8 year old boy who I want to see grow up. After 30 years there is just two many reasons for not quitting and I think yesterday I personally just got tired of it, and told myself I am f*cking done with it.
I dipped cope snuff for 28 years. I also have an 8 year son. I initially quit for him and my daughter. Then I realized I needed to stay quit for me. Stay quit for you and you will be quit for him.

I am quit with you. I am proud of you. Keep up the great work and reach out if you need help or just need to talk.

Shit boys, I feel like I'm cheating here with the smokey mountain. I have been battling the nic withdrawals better than I would have imagined but the oral fixation and wanting a dip is that hardest thing and I'm a glad for the SM and seeds.
You just stay off the nicotine and cheat all you want with anything else. Hell, I don't care if you chew deer droppings on the side, just don't be finger fucking the nic bitch. I quit with ya.

Mogul

That is just fucking awesome, but no deer droppings going in my mouth and the same with nic!
You should notice, I did about 10 days in, that food starts tasting better. If that is the case with you, you'll soon realize that SM tastes like shit. Quitting that shouldn't be as hard as you think. I hit one, maybe two pinches a day. And I'm only a few days ahead of Ya.
You put anything in your mouth but nicotine. 'boob' It aint cheating, it is quitting. Carry on.

Congrats on a great choice, Hoss. 2 days is HUGE, but it's nothing compared to what you are about to do. Remember...ONE DAY AT A TIME. Don't think about tomorrow, next week, next month or whatever. We'll deal with them when they get here. And forget the past. What's done is done. Focus on the only thing you can control...what's in your mouth right now.

Post roll. Keep your word. Read everything you can on this site. Then repeat. Simple as that. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Great decision, get your brother on KTC also..... Lone Rangers don't make it in the Quit business! Get involved with your April brothers, there's some great guys in there going through the same thing you are. Also let us know why your quiting? Put it in your into post so you can fall back and remember your feelings now. There will be some scrapping going on with the Nic B$#@.. And it's good two be grounded in why your quiting. Good to quit with you today.
I believe.....
