Well after 30 years of dipping Copenhagen I am at day 2 of my quit! Possibly the best thing is that my older brother quit dipping today as well. So far the urge has been managed well with seeds and smokey mountain. Great site and I am glad I found it.

*Reason for quitting. Not going to lie, I have an 8 year old boy who I want to see grow up. After 30 years there is just two many reasons for not quitting and I think yesterday I personally just got tired of it, and told myself I am f*cking done with it.

I dipped cope snuff for 28 years. I also have an 8 year son. I initially quit for him and my daughter. Then I realized I needed to stay quit for me. Stay quit for you and you will be quit for him.

Congrats on a great choice, Hoss. 2 days is HUGE, but it's nothing compared to what you are about to do. Remember...ONE DAY AT A TIME. Don't think about tomorrow, next week, next month or whatever.
