Alright Grizz, I know this sucks right now but you have to gut this out. We know something that you don't...that you CAN do this. We've all done it and yes, it sucked and our skin crawled but we survived and you will too.

I quit with you grizzly addict. Getting free of the poison is damn hard work. You gotta want this bad, and it sounds like you do. Embrace the "suck", you only have to do this once. Now is the time, you are ready. Fight and fight hard, it is a daily battle, but it is so worth it.

That sounds like a pretty good fathers day to me.

I spent the day playing video games with my youngest (4) and practicing guitar with my oldest (8). Then we had a small get together and I relaxed.

The funny thing is that the boys may remember the stuff I did today, but they probably won"t ever know the work I had to put in to stay quit today with them. These battles you are fighting today will pay off shortly. Soon, you won't have these cravings all the time. Soon, you'll be living life not attached to a ghost of a can. Soon, you'll be able to actually enjoy these moments for how perfect they are.

Its so hard at see it sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't seem worth it. But it is.

All this work and fighting feels fucking awesome once you see past the pain. I'm so proud of you. 7 days is freaking awesome. Get through today, and let's make it 8. I'll walk it with ya.

Denny I plan on going to my office tomorrow if i think the moring routine and the desk wont drive ,e to take a dip and will try and figure it out. For now, I am just fighting the battle so all please forgive me for not roll calling properly. I am promising you all to not have a ship of snuff Today,I am done.

She is almost 4 years old so no gifts, just a pretty smile. I joined the family in the pool and swam for an hour, then walked my neighborhoods sweating this poison out. Thanks

I am impressed with the support, it is needed and appreciated. Back from dinner, trying to keep busy. Will go walk my lab. 3 hours and 10 minutes to be clean for 24 hours
