Sorry I haven't been very active. I been dealing with health issues and trying to un fubar years worth of self neglect. My cholesterol is 270, I'm diabetic, a1c is 8.2 and blood sugar is 302 oh and I weigh 328lbs almost 100 lbs overweight. It didn't happen overnight and I know it won't reverse over night but I'm busting my ass by quitting soda, watching carbs, eating cleaner and staying quit. That along with some meds I'm on will get me to were I want/need to be.
It doesn't happen overnight, but you have proven you can get there one day at a time. Stay strong bro!
You can do it R3D2, I know you can.
Shoot me a text any time is you need to chat.
One day at a time, compartmentalize.

Holiday stress has got me craving like crazy! Along with DAV stuff, and life in general I am definitely glad I have some fake around!
Late congrats on Hall of Fame! Still a roller coaster for a while, we aren't cured. Might want to chase a new group (April 2017 is starting) to energize your quit and pay forward all at once. Christmas without dip is a wonderful thing (even if there are craves in your stocking).

Stay strong bro.
HOF isn't the finish line. You still have challenges ahead. Staying active on the site can be a big help. Start helping with your group's ssoa or help a new quitter get through the fog it will definitely strengthen your quit!

Thank you all for the support. I typed up my HoF speech it's just waiting for approval.
Great speech! Congrats on hof! Keep giving it back sir!
Nice speech R3!

100 is great... but there is a lot more greatness ahead. I mean a lot.

Keep doing what you are doing, one day at a time. There will be bumps ahead, but the trajectory is up from here. Post roll, keep your word.

Watch your group. Some dudes are thinking now... well hell... I've hit 100, I'm gonna stop posting roll, or I'm gonna just post once in a while. In a year, or 2 years... those guys will be back posting a day one. You can't change what they are doing, but don't let their stupid ass decisions derail the positive mojo you've got going.

It has been great to watch your journey. Congratulations on a kick ass HOF.
^^^^ wise words.

never forget what got you to this point, some do and end up with a new day 1. others remember it but fail to keep learning....and end of with a new day 1.

just keep up what you are doing, give your daily word, keep learning something new about yourself and others who helped get you here.....that is the way to success.

keep up the good work.
I can't echo enough what Work and SD just said. And not that you're on any watch list R3, this is for everyone. The reason those two guys have 4+ years of quit under their belt is because they've continued to stay involved and continued to post roll. Roll is the key to longevity. Congratulations on a stellar start...it's quits like yours we all can learn and benefit from.

Wow! I did it, I really did it. I quit tobacco for 101 days and made Hall of fame. If you were to tell me in August that I would be writing this I would have laughed in your face. But I drank the KTC kool aid and got involved, posted everyday, got involved even though the last 50 days or so I've been inundated with life issues and haven't been able to be on as much I stayed quit.
I want to thank my wife and family for the support the have given me in my quit so far, all my fellow December Ninjas and the to those who sent me messages and texts when I forgot to post roll for one reason or another.
I hardly use fake anymore, my gums are healthy, breath smells better, and I'm not ninja dipping in public. This place is a great resource for quitting and I appreciate the creators doing it for us.
So here's to the next day. Quit on!
100 days is just the start. Keep with the program and things get so much better! Congrats! :)
