Welcome, Randy. Is this your first time here? If so, get on over to the November Quit Group (that's your quit group and mine) and post up roll for the day. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before you post roll. It's not hard, but it can be a little tricky for a first timer compounded with early quit fog.
Once you have posted roll, understand that it is your solemn promise to yourself and to everyone else that you are not going to use any nicotine today, no matter what. We post roll like that first thing every day. This site is all about building support through accountability, and making that promise is the first and most foundational step in fostering that accountability. It only takes a few seconds to maybe a minute to do, and then expectation is to post roll every single day. That means weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. You have to make a commitment to staying nicotine-free one day and a time, and taking days off from that promise seriously undermines that.
Enough with the lectures...
You made a fantastic decision to quit and an even more fantastic decision to come here for support. You will not find a more passionate, direct, and diverse group of quitters here to help you through the worst of the worst than at KTC. The good news for you is that the first 7 days are finally behind you. The fog will soon begin to lift and things will start to get more manageable. Bit by bit, but it does happen.
You'll want to start building your support network as well, so PM me if you need digits.
