I am back. I was on site last Feb and quit on 2/24. I read sight daily for a while and then got too comfortable in the quit. Started back up in late July and was on and off from then to 2/3/16. During that time I snuck around, lied to my wife, and let everyone down. I felt lost, ashamed, and embarrassed concerning chewing again. On 2/3 I decided to quit for the last time. I am doing well and taking one day at a time. Trying to win the trust of my wife back and move on to a better life without chew. I have never lied about anything else to her other than about chewing. I don't know why I did and have no explanation to her. I had chewed 30 years and had many days in 2015 I did not chew which is good. I am on day 10 and going strong. I love this site and will look to it for support moving forward. Thanks...
Marsh,
Congrats on your decision, the best one you will ever make, however;
But time for some tough love...
*Did you have a previous account?
*You know what we do here but it sounds like you didn't take advantage of it before. What are you going to do differently this time?
*Did you post roll? today?
* you have never quite before just took small breaks
Let us know if you are ready, post roll, get active and KTC support you and help you fight this addiction

As Spuds asked, I will repeat. Did you have an account on here before? If so, you need to use that one. Having 2 accounts is a no go here.

If you were here before, did you post roll? The process hasn't changed.

Some things are not adding up here.

Check out the Welcome Center and learn how to be a quitter.
Looks like Marsh is on his original account. Here is intro from last year: Marsh's Feb 2015 Post

Marsh, good stuff. You have to commit though. Make yourself accountable. Make that promise every day to your quit group and yourself. Your quit group is located here: May 2016 Quit Group. Talk about what you're going through, damn near all of us can relate. I'm on day 61 but this morning I quit for today. Tomorrow I'll worry about tomorrow. When I succeed today, I'll rinse and repeat tomorrow. Feel free to shoot me a private message if you need anything.

I quit with you today!

Not good on computers. How do I post roll. I am in on this and ready to post roll and be accountable
go you your quit group and go all the way to the very last page of posts. Find the latest roll post and right click it (or long hold if doing it from a smart phone) and choose "select all". Then once it all is highlighted select "cut". Go up top in the blank box and right click again and select "paste". Add your screen name and what day you are on at the end of the list of those posting. Feel free to leave a line making your promise or motivation. PM me if you need more help.
If you are posting from a smart phone...instead of right clicking the post...long hold and select all...click the scissors to cut. go to the blank box, long hold and paste it. it's tricky at first but you'll get the hang of it
Forgot to tell you...when you find the latest post. You must first click the "quote" button before selecting, cutting, etc.
