Going to be a rough day tomorrow. Up until now I suppose I have been sort of numb. Tomorrow's burial will feel very "Final" which is why it
is the hard part for me. Pretty cool that all seven of my Bros. and Sisters. sat around the kitchen table we all grew up eating dinner and
planned the mass together. It was really nice. We still marvel that nine people ( 7 children and 2 parents) grew up in that tiny row home.
Goes to show you don't need much but a lot of love and effort. One of my favorite dad quotes goes as follows: "Mr. G you're lucky all your kids seem
to be so well adjusted", my dad replied "define well adjusted (chuckled ) then looked that man right in the eye changed the tone of his voice to
serious and said "....and luck had nothing to do with it." It sure didn't pop it was your and mom's hard-work and faith. I am quit today and with the determination
my dad gave me, I will be tomorrow, as we place place him next to my mom. Thanks again for the forum and the friendship.
