Do me a favor. Read this blurb from your intro post:
Love the stuff. First thing in the morning with coffee, last thing before bed. I used to think it was a badge of honor, or that I felt like a man because I did this stuff and really nobody even knew I was doing it. Well, same goes for my quit I suppose. I mean, if nobody knows I'm walking around with a fatty in all day, how can they sympathize with me when I'm quitting?
Now re-read what you just posted today:
Fuck tapering off. Although my first almost cave was when my inner addict tried to convince me to go back onto it and do some better planning. At this point, it already feels good to feel lousy, so im sticking to it.
I dropped by the store that ordered in a roll a week for me. I just felt bad leavin them hanging. So I went in and fired them. Told them I didn't need another shipment, and when he asked when I'd be needing one and I told him I'm done wittit.
That's how I'm closing out day 3.
Thanks for the support guys. Helps mor than you know...well, I doubt that. Helps as much as you know it does!!
This, my friend, is how you own your quit. This is inspiring. Do you even recognize the person who wrote the Day 1 post? I don't.
Don't matter if you're day 3 or day 3000; live it, breath it, own it. Never Again For Any Reason.
