Where did this sister go? anyone have her digits I sent a PM no response. Did she leave the reservation?

Dunno. Have PM'd her a bunch and gave here my digits... She never put out (oh yeah, pun intended) 'bang head'
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Well today hasn't been to awful...my road rage was a lot worse and a few headaches. I tried smokey mountain and it made me puke. I don't know if it was the smell, taste or both. So I picked up some jolly ranchers and have gone through a lot of them. But I'm hanging strong and I'm going to take some crave rage out on COD Black ops 2. Thanks for the support everyone, really it means a lot!
You can't stand smokey mountain but you can the chew? I understand you! I totally get it. Anyway, I'll look for your post in the roll. Meanwhile stay as busy as you can and please forgive those little insignificant things like people changing lanes in your blind spot and red light running. You're just irritable now.

'welcome' Smart move Amanda Mo. This is the place to be if you are serious about quitting, which obviously you are.

I have but one suggestion. Tell your family and friends of your addiction. You stated in your first post you hid it from all of them and would have no support because they had no idea you even dipped.

I hid my addiction from my wife and family for 15 years. I was a "ninja". I will tell you that breaking down , taking off that ninja mask, and coming clean was one of hardest yet most rewarding things I have ever done. The weight that came off my shoulders was unreal.

The support you will get here is huge, but having the support of the ones you actually SEE and live with on a daily basis, is the ultimate combo meal.

Of course this is just my humble opinon. If you disagree and care to keep it under wraps, I/we are here for you regardless.

You got this.

Proud to be quit with you.

My problem with smokey has always been the consistency. Feels like shreds of newspaper. Jolly ranchers are a great call. Put anything you want in your mouth, as long as it aint nicotine. It would also be wise to drink fucking GALLONS of water. No idea why but it helps a LOT.

I'm real proud of the progress you're making. I'm proud to be quit with you. Keep going. We're all watching and available at a moment's notice.
The love you get here is conditional. The condition is that you are quit.
