Post roll, there is this amazing comfort in daily realizing you aren't quit alone and with it comes this great shield of accountability to protect your quit. If you're not going to invest in the quit with/of others we can't really invest in yours. Stick around and participate.

MO,

Have you been nicotine free for the three weeks? If so, congrats! That is awesome! Figure out the exact number of days you have been quit and I think you will post roll with the September group.

POST ROLL NOW. Make your promise to quit today--ONE DAY AT A TIME. Addicts can only quit one day at a time. Remember the reason you quit three weeks ago. Be tough, we don't allow cavers around here. Come Hell or High water--no nicotine. You are fighting for your life.

Read everything on this site--make sure you pay close attention to the CANCER information to scare yourself and give youself proper motivation to STAY QUIT.

I will get better--I promise--I am 64 days quit and it has improved every day I made the choice to quit. It takes time for your body and mind to HEAL.
