Hey Brian, my name is Jonathan and I am 31. I have been dipping at least 1 can of Copenhagen a day since I was 12 yrs old. I am currently living in Brazil and have decided to quit dipping. I threw my last dip out last night, September 2nd @ 8pm. I am at 19 1/2 hours and feeling ok. A little foggy, but overall ok. I just wanted you to know that you are not the only one going through this and we quit the same day, so we will conquer this together. Let me know if you need anything and Good Luck!
Good to hear, man. Feeling good this morning, hope you are too. Let's stay strong and kick this habit together.

You do not have a habit you have an addiction. The word habit disguises or sugar coats what is really going on. You like me are an addict plain and simple a habit is picking your ass then your nose.
Addiction is a primary, chronic disease of brain reward, motivation, memory and related circuitry. Dysfunction in these circuits leads to characteristic biological, psychological, social and spiritual manifestations. This is reflected in an individual pathologically pursuing reward and/or relief by substance use and other behaviors.
