Hey there kuss, I never said anything about "Junk". remember, you went there not me, but yea that would keep your mind off just about everything. I bet a mouse trap would work as well!
Try push ups. Get pissed and see how many you can crank out.
Quit 8/14/12 and taking my life back one day at a time.

If you don?t control what you have access to, what you have access to will control you.

I?m trying to remind myself daily it?s not the absence of conflict that determines whether or not my relationships are healthy. It?s knowing how to handle the conflicts that will arise.

Character is who we are, not who we pretend to be. It's better to be shaped than to be fake.

Well Temp. How are you doing now? I find that slamming a body part in a drawer helps to ease me through a crave. The pain and hopping up and down seem to re-direct my thoughts from anything else.
Slamming your junk in a drawer would certainly get your mind off the crave...I think I am going to look for another method Dozer 'finger point'

Just a personal preference...

I just want to put this out there. I'm no longer going to smoke cigarettes either. I would puff maybe 5 packs a year. I just need to get it in writing. Also, my wife is in on it, too. It was like a little crutch when I couldn't find a dip.

Congrats on the lawn mowing. That was a biggie for me, too. Also, poker and fishing and shooting guns and driving and flying and sports.

Fuck the bear and the camel. They can go fuck each other and make a freak baby that no one wants.

Well, I cut the grass yesterday without a dip in and you know what....it wasnt that bad!!! Maybe it was because I was playing beat the clock against mother nature and trying to get done before the bottom dropped out of the sky, but it really wasnt that bad.....And this a.m., not too bad either. Thanks for the help guys, stay quit! 'Sno'

Things I can now do without a chew in my mouth.

1. Play poker and win.
2. Golf
3. Hunt and fish.
4. Watch sports.
5. Mow the lawn.
6. Talk without mumbling.
7. Smile without yellow teeth.
8. Drive
9. Fix things around the house.
10. Relax after dinner.

Life is sooooo much better now. Freedom is the key to unlock your real life. Live free today.
Enough is enough. Time to take control back from the nic bitch. My HOF speechGR8WHITEBUFFALO

Well, bear with me here, i Just need to make a damn list to help distract me from a bad bad day...

-Why am I worrying about cutting the grass this afternoon for the first time without a dip in????.....Does dip make it so that I dont have to cut the grass at allNO, it still has to be done, tobacco or not...Does dip make it any more enjoyableNO, i may think it does but now that I think about it, I hated cutting grass when I had a dip in. What could possibly be enjoyable about having shit in my mouth that makes my jaw hurt and will kill me???

-Does dip really relax me and make me less stressful....Hell no!! Looking back on it, dip made me the most stressful person because I was constantly worrying about every bump and scratch and thinking it was cancer. What I thought was helping rid myself of stress was one of the biggest causes of stress!

well, i thought my list would be longer but the fog is killing me today. Thanks for listening to my rant and giving me a place to do so! 'bang head'
Keep drinking the kool aid quitter. The truth is a beautiful thing but it's hard to handle sometimes. Never stop reminding yourself why your life is better without dip. I still look around my car almost every day and enjoy how clean it is. I surely don't miss the spitters rolling around on the floor boards and dried dip caked on everything. Be proud of mowing the lawn without a dip. It's a small victory...not a burden.
