Congrats on day 7 - a week is a big deal! After a while it will start to sink in that you are in control of your life again. You might still have to keep your mouth busy with something but at least you'll have a choice besides dip. For some reason around day 16 I really started feeling free and moral improved a ton.

Keep up the great quit!

Wow.........anyways it was a great reunion....everybody was smokin.....kinda stayed to myself...lol.....seems like day 7 is harder than day 3...... not sure why.....but damn!!

Hey guys..just got where i have cellphone service....read your posts....thank you ..you guys are damn awrsome....ok...still cant post except for my cellphone....so i am proud to ask you to please post me for today....which is now day 7!!!.. never thought i could really be on day 7 and no chew.....thank you guys so much for your support...really does help me

thanks all....i have a family reunion till probably monday or tuesday ...middle of the woods.....if my cell works ill just try to text what day im on....my phone dont work with all the cut and paste stuff....thanks for the support guys ....im feeling good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

65 days ago I made the same decision you made earlier this week. I am proud of you and believe me when I tell you, it does get easier. NOT EASY, but EASIER. We are all here for you if you need it.

I wanted to thank you guys for helping me so far....never thought i could say i have not chewed in almost 4 days....havnt called anyone personally..kinda nervous about that... but today is a wierd day...seems harder than yesterday...but i actually feel better....anyway..im at work and just wanted to say thanks
