Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Here we are at 2 laps around the sun and I am eternally grateful to the brotherhood and accountability provided by KTC. I would not be quit today without it! I've met many of you in person and hope to meet many more! Thank you!

Thank you to each and every quitter that has posted support for me over the past year and has allowed me to support them from time to time. I can honestly say that I would probably be back to dipping by now if not for the accountability and brotherhood I have been able to build here at KTC.

If there is one thing I have learned in the past year, it's that I am just as much a nicotine addict today as I was 365 days ago. I will always be a nicotine addict. I don't know what tomorrow holds, but today you have my word that I will not use nicotine in any form.
