My fresh start.

Hey all,
Im dan and Im day1, but have been weaning for the past month.
Im 26, been dipping for 8 years, 1/2can a day, mostly skoal straight.
Quitting for myself.
I used to dip myself to sleep, that's going to be the toughest thing for me to go without, But I got some nic gum to substitute, any other tips?
