Yes - that is a great idea that didn't dawn on me until I received a text from Coach Steve earlier today. Although, I think that would have even causes a slight issue as my cellular reception was spotty at best, where I was. Who would have thought that a place named Bat Cave, North Carolina would have shitty reception? .

Good morning Day 4.  I feel a little bit serene this morning.  Def. feel much better than the last two days.  I know enough to underestimate the amount of re-programming my brain must due.  I will stay quit.
Dont try and out think it. Just stay active physically and mentally! Keep drinking that water and do whatever you can to stay quit today!! I quit with you bud!!
It's a sneaky bastard. Don't let your guard down. Glad you're feeling good. Hold onto it, as you will need it. Don't let your head fuck with you too much. The nicotine is out. The other chemicals are fading. You're getting healthy. Post, hang out, ask for help. You're not quite through the tough yet, but you've made a hell of a dent.

just remember man, you dipped for 14 years and now for what may be the first time your body does not have the nicotene in it. It is not a quick fix now as your mind will start to re-wire itself for the good. It will take time and during this time there will be many of games that it will play on you to try and get you back to feeding it that poison.

yes the nic bitch is patient, she is sneaky. Don't get complacent. Always be on guard. That is not to say that you should not enjoy when you are feeling good, cause you should, but beware for the times when you are not feeling 100%.

I give you my word today that I am quit. I see yours has been given too....Well Done.

Day 4 - The nic is gone out of your body. Now starts the cycle of your screaming for what it is missing. Stay busy, stay occupied. Get on here and post. Everytime you think about dip, picture Barbara Bush in a g-string bikini. Anything it takes not for you to put that in your mouth. You're doing it. Don't let nic lie to you and tell you're not. I'll quit with you today.
