Day 18 the support is over whelming! Mostly vets but some youngins to! I have so much faith in getting this done! I'm 50 years old dipped 38 of that I hate that bi%$h! Had a massive heart attack july 7 2013. No high blood pressure no cholestrol problems. So I'm asking questions! Fat cat heart specialist (good guy) finally says dipping makes your blood pressure sky rocket peaks then level back off. He says dip caused blood pressure sky rocket right timing for stress heart attack. How much I love the nic 1 and half years later after almost took my life I quit! Just a thought guys that's some bad shit! Nobody tells you that shit when you paying that 5 dollars for that death in a can! 3 grown kids 5 grandkids!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

I see you figured roll out...or close. One day at a time. Headache IS better than chemo. Drink more water! And walk.... Exercise... Then drink more water.
I believe.....

Look at all this support Pab! Does this look like a lonely road to you?

You have a shit-ton of Quitters and support right here, right now, and you haven't even done anything yet. Jump in. Drink the Kool Aid. 38 years is long enough. It's time to be free.
Ok I'm showing that I posted roll?
You got close enough. Somebody will pick it up and put it in right spot. Congrats on the quit!!

In my signature block should be a link to video instructions on how to post roll with an iphone. My first time, I had the video playing on a computer while I posted roll with my phone.

Pab, wondering why you were logged on an hour ago and didn't post roll yet in April. You can do this with us Pab.
Where you at Pab? You gotta post roll to get the "major help" you were looking for last night. Price of admission.
Agreed.

Welcome Pab! If the method to post roll seems scary, dont sweat it. It gets easier to do as you go along. If you truly are wanting to quit, then jump in with both feet. Post roll (theres links on how to do it from phones AND pc along with a test thread where you can practice posting roll) and get to know your april quit brothers. Dont be shy, the camraderie is key here. Exchange phone numbers with your quit brothers and the vets. We use the numbers for accountability and brotherhood (two words you will hear ALOT here): you havent posted roll yet? A brother will txt you to make sure youre ok! You cant connect to the site to post roll or cant post roll for some reason? You can txt a brother and have them post for you! You feel a crave hit and youre afraid youre going to cave? HIT UP A BROTHER!! Txt or call! We are there for you! We have eachothers back in this fight! You just have to reach out and take advantage!

Posting roll FIRST THING IN THE DAY is YOUR PROMISE, to yourself AND to us, that you will not use nic in ANY form today. It is the cornerstone here.

Brotherhood and accountability! Just make your promise to quit today and worry about tomorrow when it gets here. One Day At A Time.

EDIT:

Also, you have to remove excuses from your vocabulary. There is NO excuse to not post roll every damn day. Excuses are the addict in you trying to rationalize a cave... Dont fall for that trap! We've had folks post roll on a funeral day... For a close relative! So just cut out all excuses as to why you cant post roll EDD, and just do it!

Need help? Have a question? Wanna trade numbers? Shoot me a pm

Hopefully Pab comes back. Quitting isn't as easy as posting once in a forum and then you're magically cured! You've stumbled into the thing that just may save your life. or at least put a halt to you wrecking it. Follow us Pab and we'll help along on the quit journey

45 here, post roll and show the KTC what us middle aged quitters are made of.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.
