I feel REALLY GOOD at 7 days--like almost too good, like I'm half expecting the devil to get his due at any moment. My sleep has been OK. I still have the oral fixation--and the Smokey Mountain Wintergreen is almost *too good* to fix that . . like I'm worried I'm only extending a problem by using it so I think I'll stop using it when the seeds/gum seem to do ok in that department.
Amazing looking back on yourself. Did I really feel good at Day 7? Or was it just relative to Day 1? Was it all quit adrenaline?
At over 200 days I wouldn't say I'm 100% over it. I don't want to think of the seeds I've eaten. I don't have hardcore craves but sometimes it feels like something is "missing." Even at day 203.
I know that's the whispers.
Guess I'll just keep doing it ODAAT.
