Question. For me after meals was my favorite time to dip. Since I quit 15 days ago I feel a little depressed after meals and very unsatisfied. Anyone have any ideas to address this?

You got this Tx, remember to give me a txt or call if you get weak again. We can quit this shit together for good. One day at a time, today caving isn't an option.
Yep, not an option. My daughter bought me radishes. Sliced, I get the burn. They fit in my cheek. we shall see how long they work, but for now, it is genius.
Glad to hear it, keep it up!!
Hi all....just gotta say today was a great day at day 24 clean.... Went pheasant hunting and stayed clean!! Stomped a few minor craves along the way....good hunt too!! Starting to see some light!! Now if the insomnia would ease off a bit more!

Hey y'all.  Hope it's okay to post here.  Getting used to figuring out this forum.  Anyhow, On day 2.  Woke up strongly doubting if I could do this.  I have been up for an hour and a half now, no nic.   The worst has passed.  It is going to be a long day.
Look at the post just below this one. Guy hit 5 years today. Stick around, post roll EVERY DAMN DAY and you too can succeed.
Yep, that was a temporary feeling that passed. I don't doubt myself, I just woke up with a fearful feeling. Doing good now, rolling through the day. Posted roll the second I got up, before coffee even.
Y'all can do one day at a time, right now, I am one hour at a time.

First timer! I want to quit. I've set dates to quit by, but this deadlines have come and gone. I'm wanting to do this for myself so that I can be a part of my kids lives and my wife won't have to kiss a man without a lip. I'm worried about quitting. Been doing this crap over 15 years.Haven't quit yet, but I'm close to being ready. How should I go about it? I have a full log in my truck. Do I finish what I've got and call it quits? It's like I'm losing a part of me. Hope I'm doing this right!

Holler if you need anything, trust me you can do this. You are not giving anything up, you are gaining your freedom.
You can't ease into a quit, like an old man into a warm bath. You have to DIVE into your quit, like a polar plunge into a frozen fucking lake. It's shocking at first but once it's done, it's done. We've all endured it, all been where you're at now.

Dump your stash and heed jbradleys instructions. Post roll with your quit group, get to know your quit brothers, both in your group and the vets on the site.

And make sure you quit for YOU, noone else. Quit for yourself, and let your loved ones enjoy the new, improved you.
