I have a smoker friend that's asked about the success of my quit and about the KTC site.  I know it's kill the can and seems like its all dip/chew folks so I wanted to ask about smokers.  I ask because I just read a HOF that seems to be from someone that was only a smoker.  No dip.   So my question is, is KTC cool with cig quitters? Thanks.

There are several quitters here that were exclusive smokers. Tell them to come drink the kool-aid, it tastes great!

Or at least tell them about Whack The Pack if they feel that hanging out with dippers is uncool (but we have more fun while quitting).

I think it's essential to have a DISCUSSION thread for each quit group. Merging the threads into Discussion/Roll Call is a bad idea because so much seems to get lost into the fray.

We need both. Just my two cents.

In the Non-Dipping section, there are 305 different topics. There are 4,159 intros, and over 300,000 individual responses outside of HOF classes.

I think that the Admin/Mod team tried to split out a class with their own Discussion thread...but... 'qt' ...didn't get much response.

My two cents - If you want/need to discuss something, there are plenty of opportunities to do just that. If you don't see something, there is even a "Request a Topic" thread.
