Welcome, Mike.

First, congratulations on the best decision you ever made.

Next, you can do this. If I can, you can.

You are about to get slammed with support from a ton of strangers who only have one goal - to help keep you Quit.

You are going to be part of the badasses in December 2013. I suggest you read the WELCOME CENTER in the upper left of the screen. That's a great place to start.

Finally, you need to read. A lot. Everything on here is worth looking at. This site is THE place to be if you want to Quit, and it is filled with Quit knowledge.

Welcome again brother. You need anything, PM me, and I'll do what I can to help.

Does smokeless tobacco cause anxiety issues like social anxiety? Has any dipper experienced symptoms of anxiety while actively addicted and using the garbage?

I'm not asking about anxiety after quitting. I'm talking about your last five or so years as an active dipper.

Symptoms like: Racing heart, dizziness, spacey feeling, can't concentrate, room closing on, balance issues, hand tremors, etc.

Is it possible the product has gotten stronger and has more chemicals in it than what it did when you and I started over 20 years ago?

Thoughts? Feedback? Experiences?

Im doing well though, I still have my tough days here and there but its getting less frequent. Wish I could be more involved but that is just not possible due to work.
