Haha, just told Mrs. Hater I need a blank check for tomorrow, she was like for what? I said need to send it to Greg (Chewie) for my 1,000 day, she was how much? I said, I have no idea, I need to print out the last post from yesterday and and count the posters and multiply by $5. She rolled her eyes, smiled and said - it's better than dipping! I agree, Thanks for all the support!
Thanks just doesn't seem to cover it. Let the Mrs. Know how grateful we are.

Ok, so I want to continue to keep 'paying it forward'. I have already donated $2,500 to our site to have us represented at the national tobacco quit summit.

I will hit 1,000 days on Saturday July 27th.

I will donate another $5 for every quitter that comes to February 2011 and posts with my whole quit group that day (probably good to say Copehater is awesome, haha).

I will cap it at 200 quitters, another $1,000 the cause.

Who is in?

Dave
Hell YEA! I am in like a fat kid at a pie eating contest!!!!
You are just AWESOME!!! I'll be there 'winker'
I will be posting with you Saturday.
As will I. Thank you Copehater!
I doubt we will get 200 quitters to post with me and the Amigos, prove me wrong.

300 Quitters = $1,250

400 quitters= $1,500
Can I post 400 times so it equals out to $1500? Regardless, I'll be there with bells on posting my congrats to you.
Bump
Let's Honor Hater's generousity gents......blow it up, talk it up and post it up.

helluva gesture bro.....helluva gesture.

Absolutely incredible sir.
Indeed.
I'm in.
This would be tomorrow gents.....make it rain

Not too sure this is the right place to post, or right forum.  Right now, don't care.  Started Cope when I was 9 at the hand of my father, who bought it to quit cigarettes.  That was 1977.  A can of day minimum, expect while deployed in the Corps, smoked to get by.  Also shared dips, and re-cycled.  Even recycled shared dips.  Whatever until we got more.  It was like crack, I guess.  I never thought about quitting.  I enjoy a fresh dip.  I started swallowing the spit in 6th grade so I could dip in class, and have switched back spitting since.  I have to sleep with one in, or I can't go to sleep.  I decided to quit yesterday, and spit the last dip out at midnight, so it's only been 15 and a half hours, and I'm already losing my mind.  I'm determined to follow it through.  At 7 bucks a can her in MA, the savings alone is worth the agony of quitting.  I asked my wife to help, and deal with me.  I don't have any friends that chew, or ever have chewed.  Or smoked for that matter.  So this is going to be a long road to travel.  Let's give it a go.

Hang in there my friend!
I am only 15 days quit and feel awesome compared to the first several days. I had a can and a half for 37 years. I know how you feel and the quit will be WELL WORTH the quit. Walk, run, work out, do yard work or anything to take your mind off the crap. Your mind will tell you you need the crap, (nic bitch), you dont! No matter what, don't cave and in 7 days you'll feel much better.
GOOD LUCK!
Tim
Long term nic user here. Did that crap or smoked or both for about 35 years. I am over 4 years quit now thanks to KTC. If my weak ass can do this so can you!!! You have to WANT it badly enough and you have to quit for yourself - NO ONE ELSE!!! Dixon, You NEED to get yourselves over to the October quit group and Mike to the November group, and introduce yourselves, and POST you PROMISE NOT TO USE Daily!!! PM me if either of you need a number.

This is worthwhile repeating:

'Finger'
If you're not pissed at the nicBitch, you need to turn your quit up one big notch.
That crap enslaved you, poisoned your body, played with your mind, made you look stupid,
emptied your wallets . . . . basically stole part of your lives! If that doesn't get your goat, you
ain't got a goat to get. A healthy Quit Anger goes a long way toward energizing you to say "Fuck off"
when the craves and tests come your way. So get pissed and stay alive . . . .

'Finger'
