New to this whole site, thought i would check it out though. I have tried to quit before, but I felt I needed a new edge this go around. I haven't chewed for 6 days now, and I want to kick it for good. Any advice? I have been chewing seeds to help.

Listen to the bad ass quitters on here. This program works and if your heart is truly in it to quit, then you will succeed! Just post roll each day, grab some phone numbers to talk to a fellow quitters during the hard times and always have integrity... most of all, never cave in and always post roll, because if you don't these guys will be all over you like white on rice on a paper plate!

I am pledging yet again to my new found Brothers to stay quit!

Just a little fact I would like to share.

If you haven't quit tobacco and want a side effect of quitting:


No matter what I paid or owe this year in taxes, I didn't' pay $642.33 of taxes for nicotine.


Yeah 351 days with a can a day habit = $642.33 in taxes.

With all the talk of taxes going up, here is one way I cut my own taxes and it is totally safe and legal to quit and lower your taxes.
