BAH... don't do it man. The fact that you're posting here tells me that you're not ready to give in... HANG IN THERE!!!
Don't do it bro. It's not worth it. Remember this post you made last week...

"Cinco de mayo 2015. the day I decided to quit for my little girl."

You caved since then, don't do it again. Breaking your word for a moment of weakness will result in more regret and push you further away from being quit.

Go for a jog, do some burpees, do some push ups, get some fake, stuff 20 pieces of gum in your mouth. Whatever it takes to keep that shit out of your cake hole.

Another suggestion...start an intro and tell us more about yourself and why you want to quit. Just typing all that out can be therapeutic and get your mind off of things, not to mention the support that will come along with it.

DO SOMETHING. DON'T BITCH OUT AND CAVE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
Clint, I caved before. Trust me, it's the worst decision that you could ever make in your life. I'm including a post that I made a while back that describes how much harder it is to come back after a cave. The post may he harsh because of the language, but simply typing it helped me a lot. I hope it helps you realize exactly why you don't want to ever subject yourself to nicotine again.
Quote from: Lumberjack
As many of you know, I'm a retread. I let the Nic Bitch take over my life... Again.

I fucking knew what freedom felt like, and then I let it slip from my fucking hands, only to land back in hell. Except this time the Devil was mad that I escaped him once, so he was going to punish me for trying to escape again. Do you know what the Devil does to those who try to escape him a second time?? Well I'll tell you what he does: HE MAKES IT 14210443989137438132129 TIMES FUCKING HARDER TO ESCAPE!!! HE MAKES THE ROAD STEEPER, CURVIER, AND HAS NO GUARD RAILS NEXT TO THE FUCKING CLIFFS!!! HE MAKES THAT ROAD SO FUCKING HARD, THAT YOU ALMOST WANT TO JUST FALL OFF THE CLIFF AND RELAX BACK IN HELL!!! SHIT!!!

So... I'm working my ass off not only for myself, but for you. I don't want you to experience this... One quit is enough... Just remember this... Don't do it because your "vocal leader" (or whatever the shit I am to you pricks) said it, do it because a guy who has one foot in Heaven and one foot in Hell is standing in front of you, begging for you to not go the same route as him.

So in my real and final conclusion, I would just like to say one thing:

FUCK NICOTINE

Clint, you got tbis shit. Nicotine has never and will never do one positive thing for you. It is good for one thing only, temporarily easing the withdrawal it, itself caused. Fill that void with quiy and you won't ever regret it.
Whoa, whoa whoa!

You better power through this Clint!

Made it through a tough weekend. The quit is strong, but man I enjoy my beer now. I've never been a big drinker, but since the quit...there is a noticeable difference. The nic bitch would cut me off after a few, now I gotta cut me off. Just another challenge, it shall be done!

I am 60 days in and my temper is getting shorter each day!! I have read the stories and I guess I thought it would be easier for me. (HaHa). Energy level is up and down and my focus is not what it should be. Still worth it. Any advice?
Power through brother, power through.

There was no turning back for me. I had rage, probably like yours. I wanted to crush everyone and everything.

I spent time here. That was my release. I raged here.

Physical exercise is good, too.

Bottom line is, you can do this!

I'll tell you what's nuts...at 80 days I feel pretty much the same as I did when I was at 60. The fog isn't as thick, but my temper, holy shit...don't cut me off in traffic. Energy level for me is still up and down...sometimes changing every ten minutes. Fuckin nuts man.
250 Days man. It took me about 250 days to level off. I don't say that to discourage you. Just the opposite. I tell you that to let you know THIS WILL PASS!

Everyone is different. Just stay strong and know two things - 1. This will not last forever. 2. ITS WORTH THE STRUGGLE!

I don't regret one second of the Hell I walked through to be here now. Power through. You can do this.

Shoot me a PM if you need to bro. If I can do this, you can.
