Is there any herbal snuff that contains nicotine? Nervous about getting tobacco-free, but still has nicotine.
there are some that do have nicotine, most don't however.

Hooch does not have nicotine. That one I know for sure. Just make sure that whatever you buy is explicit in saying that has no nicotine, and you will be fine
What about smoky mountain? Says tobacco-free but nothing about nicotine.
I had to look pretty hard to find it:

http://www.smokeysnuff.com/

if you scroll down to where it says "welcome to smokey mountain" it says there it does not contain tobacco or nicotine.
Thanks boss!
All of the products contained HERE have no tobacco AND no nicotine

http://www.killthecan.org/your-quit/smo ... ernatives/

There ARE brands of non-tobacco chew that DO contain nicotine including Triumph  Elicit, but they also offer non-nicotine versions.

Day 21 here! I've been using Jake's Mint Chew (Mint  Wintergreen), I'm not the biggest fan of it as its tough to get out of your mouth when your done I have to be at a sink bc the sh*t sticks to my fingers and my gums and it doesn't taste the greatest, but then again I'm sure nothing will taste like dip thats an alternative. I use to dip Skoal Mint Xtra LC, does anyone have any other fake stuff that might be better. Anyone thats tried a few different ones that has some good input?
You can read about different options here.

CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit.
After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco. SportDad 1/13/05

Did or does anyone have texture (bumpy) on their gums where they used to chew?
It is not really visible but when you rub the gums you can feel it.
Is this normal or should I get it checked out?
I have the same thing I've been quit for 9 days Idk how long it takes to go away
It is normal. It is your mouth healing from the abuse you subjected it to....That said, if you are concerned, get it checked out by a doc or dentist...

I am going to buy a new chainsaw. Stihl or Husqvarna? new models $500 ish.
let me know your recommendation.
Charles
I don't have any experience with a Husqvarna.

I've NEVER had a bad experience with my Stihl products.
I would NEVER buy another husqvarna saw again. NEVER. $500 paperweight.

Thanks for the advice I posted it over in the consumer section and got some good responses.

Hello everyone. I was hoping someone may have an answer for me. I am 7 days quit but the spot where I normally dip is still sore like it was a lot of the time I was dipping. There isn't an ulcer there its just kinda sore when I press with my tongue. Is it normal to still be sore. I guess I'm just scared I'm quitting one day too late.
After quitting you will get much more in tune with your mouth. Before, the nic would tell you nothing to worry about and silence your concerns. With the drug gone, every burn or bite mark will be felt. I suggest you go to the dentist and get the chompers checked. While there, confess your addiction and they will do a quick oral cancer screening and take a peek at your concern spot(s). Be warned, when they tell you everything is fine, don't get complacent. Years ago, after an all clear from the doctor and many days clean, it didn't take long to convince myself that since I was okay, I could go back to dipping. Dumb move number 1003 on my part.
