Someone needs to pay up in that mother fucker. (WTF) There needs to be an immediate dip quitters addendum to that fucking contract. All of us brothers will ratify in a special meeting.

If the occasion shall present itself that a quitter shall be on call. All non- quitting employees must first go into withdrawls, get the shakes, headaches, unexplained fucking fog, killer craves, be extremely pissed off which is still better than pissed on, have strange dreams about giant fucking cans of dip, and constantly feel like sticking everything (anything) inside of their lower fucking lip. Allow the nic bitch to come at them from all sides while fighting her off with the power of their own will. Any violation of this addendum will lead to a beating at the hands of a quitter while in the RAGE!!!!

You know, I have been a miserable son of a bitch the past four days, but I have to say...I've done a pretty good job not being even remotely dickheaded with most people I've encountered. I feel like shit and have a murderous rage in me, but it's STAYED in me.

I talked a lot of shit to the dogs last night, though: "You STUPID fucking bastards...just trot trot trot around the fucking yard and never pissing...like I want to stand out here in the motherfucking rain all night you motherfuckers......"

You get the idea.

I also find that I feel no withdrawal at all when my son laughs. So, I bought him the Tickle-Me Elmo, but I wound up setting it on fire.

Hey brother try what these guys have to offer, Ive been getting by on other shit but if the herbs work go for it. Go for a walk/run it subsides the anger, drink buckets of water too. The most important thing is that as of 3/27 you are posting 3. Everyday quit is one more day won. Stick it out, 3 sucks but stay with it because four is better, five is even better, and six is even better.

Get your quit on, and keep it on, its fucking cold out there!!!!

You know what brother, I don't know if you are into herbal type shit or not, but I have found that two herbs or supplements or whatever you want to call them, in particular have helped me a lot with my attitude and my withdrawal symptoms. St. John's Wort and Lobelia. These two things together are very useful when it comes to irritability and straight up pissyness. Believe me it helps! For a long time before I quit, I was always worried about biting my wife's and my children's heads off when I finally did. Not so with these two things. Just another suggestion for ya that might help. Most important thing though is to get quit and worry about all the SUCK and HELL you go through when you're already going through it. Then POST like a madman! 'Crazy'

I had some Lobelia before from a failed quit using Bacc-Off's quit program, but I never used it.

Could just buy a Lobelia plant and run it through a juicer, but that doesn't seem real efficient.

Honestly, has anyone made it through this without at least a simple assault charge?  I am kidding but MY GOD, I am short with everyone but the worst is my kids they don't understand why I am being short with them...... Any ideas?

I had a guy give me a 'look' at a crowded, loud, dive mexican restaurant because my youngest son was yelling. I said sorry (because it was kind of annoying). He just stared me down and then looked away. I thought I was going to cut out his spleen with my tostada shell and shove a bottle of Cholula you know where.

My wife saw it developing  quickly talked me down. Funny thing is, that's not me at all. I am far from the tough-guy brawler (that's really me in my avatar), but I swear at that point I would have torn him up, bitch-slapped his brother, 3-stooged his dad and given his mom a wedgie for good measure.

I've found that with my kids, I just need to step in the other room for a second. They will of course follow, and then it turns into a funny game of chase pissed-off Daddy around the house.
