Day number 9 and still embracing! F nicotine!!!!!!
Way to go lungb!

Every day whittles away at the bonds that the nic bitch has wrapped around you. It will get easier, but it will get hard again as well. Good news is, you are building the weapons that you will need to continue your quit.

Proverbs 18:2

"A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion."

A Quit Plan: Do you have one?

CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit.
After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco. SportDad 1/13/05

Warm summer sun, shine kindly here;
Warm southern wind, blow softly here;
Green sod above, lie light, lie light.-
Good-night, dear heart, good-night.

Be silly, be honest, be kind

Day 8! Coached my daughters softball team to our biggest win of the season over an extremely talented group of girls last night. Didn't even need the black shit in my lip!
Amazing how things still work correctly without a fatty in. Quit with you all damn day!

It gets easier. I'm on day 16 and only think about it every hour instead of every minute. I finally got a full nights sleep last night. I quit with you today.

Day 6 and not looking back! Spent the day with my family at a Reds game yesterday. There seemed to be dippers everywhere I looked but not this guy! Made the 2.5 hr drive with a cup of tea, a couple of suckers and a pack of gum. It was OK and I did it without a lip full of black shit!
Well done as that is a victory you need to keep close to you and remember it.

just keep pushing ahead and keep at it one day at a time and never more than that.
It's amazing that baseball is still fun without shoving that shit in our lips. It might even be more fun.

Embrace the suck, it means you are winning! Plow through today just like the last 4. Keep reading KTC, drink lots of H2O and get a little exercise in. QLF all day with you.
