You fucking kidding me? 3 hours?

How bad do you want this bro? Honestly. Do you want to quit? Do you see a guy who is strong and can overcome? Its takes balls and conviction to do this. You got to believe that you can do can face this fear. 3 hours? Guys have faced cancer and not caved. They've gone through divorces and not caved. Please tell me what catastrophe was avoided by you shoving cancer candy into your pie hole?

Man up.

failed
Failed? FAILED?!?! Are you kidding me? You posted roll today...I saw it. Did they not explain what that means at orientation? You promised to not use today. And you couldn't keep your word?

Guess what cupcake, this is not the place to announce 'Failed'. Get your sorry ass into the May group and explain that you are such a pussy that you couldn't keep your word 12 lousy hours. Then you get some numbers. Then you make a decision that you will do this. And for God's sake...post roll...again...and keep your word!!!!!

That is, if you are actually a man.

Or are you a pussy?

You may not necessarily need the support, but others most definitely do. Be a shining beacon for others. Blaze the path for them to follow!!!

Hang in there Paul. The first 2 or 3 days are pretty rough, I know, Thats where I'm at now. But I can already feel a difference.
One day at a time brother. one day at a time......
In life, Its not how far you have come. It is what you have done with the miles.

Just thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Paul and I just quit this morning. I have dipped since 1991. I have tried quitting many times and hope this time I succeed.

About me:
I am 34 and I am a high school science teacher and high school football coach.
I have 4 kids and a wonderful wife.
Welcome to the fun, Paul!

Let me correct one thing before you get started. We don't use the word "try" around here. We "do". We put every ounce of energy into quitting. Also, the word "hope" in this context is not very popular either. If you follow the procedures and principles applied in this site you will be able to quit.

Head over to the WELCOME CENTER (red link at the upper left of the page) and read everything there, especially on posting roll. Remember that this is a nicotine free site, meaning that we quit cold turkey. No nic gum; no nic patches; no tobacco!

You'll be in the May 2012 Pre HOF Group: index.php?showtopic=5841

If you need anything else, just shout.
