Bear-
Thanks for the words. Truthfully I'm glad my cave bugs you and hope it bugs everyone else on this site(which I'm sure it does). I take complete ownership for the cave and didn't utilize the tools I should of. The important thing is I've learned from the cave and have made changes in my thinking and plan should I be faced with a similar situation in the near future. I just hope others will learn from my mistake, like I have. I'll never say it would make my cave "worth it" cuz it wouldn't. But at least maybe something good could come from it.
I will never condone a cave and trust me I know how bad I fucked up. My focus from here on out will be to support and prevent others from potentially making the same mistake. In doing so I know in time I can earn the respect back that I lost.
Thanks again,
Gooch

For the sake of building a solid plan:

What will you do if you don't have your phone and you get hit with a 15 hour crave?

"I always have my phone" is not an acceptable answer.  Don't put your quit in the hands of technology.
Smokey-
I've been mulling over your question for the better part of two days. What suggestions do you have for a situation where your cell phone isn't an option for whatever reason? I'm looking for your help on this one.
Gooch
Look below at what Montana Rob suggested!!! If fake snuff helps keep a can handy wherever you are!!! It really helped me out. I use hooch and I don't think I could have done this without it. Chewed the shit out of it in the beginning. After 100 days or so it gets boring and you just don't need it as often, hwever, I still have craves so I keep some around. Seeds, Gum, candy, straws, anything to stick in your pie hole until the crave is gone. Keep the signed contract handy and above all post roll first thing in the morning and take that day off the board. It's been said before, but I'll say it again. You can't quit for the rest of your life, but you can quit everyday for the rest of your life!!!
Yeah man, I don't think there's much more I can say. You've got a wide array of helpful suggestions if you read all the messages below. Pick what works best for you. Keep it simple. At the very least, print out the contract and slip it in your wallet. Make the rest your own.

And always remember that no matter how bad a situation gets, nicotine will NEVER provide a solution. You are strong.

That's fucked up. I was just thinking about that last night, how if I would of kept my shit together I'd be at a year now.
I'm feeling much stronger than ever before, have a good plan in place - I'm quit and loving it.

Here is simplistic for you...but I still do this EVERY morning.

Wake up...head to the bathroom to start morning business...look in the mirror and say out loud, "That decision has been made today." It is th sig of every e mail I send...people who don't know I am quitting probably think I'm insane. And it is the background of the desk top of every computer I work on. I have made that my purpose. JUST FOR TODAY. I'll take care of tomorrow morning when it gets here.

I then post early...just so everybody here will know that I have made that commitment today.

Hope this helps.

Here is the contract.

Keep a copy in your wallet in case you decide to cave.

Not sure if its called a plan, but I have fake shit stashed all over the place. Pick ups, office, house, next to the computer, on the kitchen table, etc. And the seeds on the office desk and coffe table. Got a couple of numbers programmed in the phone.

and

a little note in my wallet that I see when I open it up to buy anything that says "No Snuff"

What you do guys think? Anything else I should add or do?
SOLID!

One thing that really stood out to me when I first started my quit, came from Loot - quitter extraordinaire:

If I feel the urge to use nicotine, I literally verbalize my strength.

"I am free"
"I am in control"
"I am quit"
"I am worth it"

I try to keep my wording positive. Not, "I will not cave" rather "I am quit for today". It sounds goofy, but it really helps beat those craves.

Also, remember you don't have to quit for the rest of your lives. You sure as shit better quit for today though. You've posted roll and you've given your word. This is paraphrasing, but I remember Loot saying something like, "Alright nic bitch...you may get me a year from now, you may get me next week - but you will not get me today. Today, I am quit." Yell it if it makes you feel better. Better to look insane than die of cancer.

Posting roll today simply means you will be back tomorrow to post the same number +1. Never miss a day's post. There is no excuse.
