One thing that you probably need to do is go watch the Sean Marsee story. He only chewed for a few years and died from it, about a month or so after he graduated high school...
Woke up today read that story and damn am I glad I quit. I can't wait to be in the right state of mind. Nothing too bad happening today just feel like I can't focus on anything. I am guessing that is the infamous fog?

Thank you sir.  I have not had nicotine for a while now I will post roll now.  Hopefully I can get some feedback from someone about substitutes for the dip feeling.
I used hard candy and sunflower seeds and still do occasionally to fight the cravings. Some people have used fake stuff.

Bottom line is shove whatever you want into your mouth as long as it does not contain any nicotine.
Smokey Mountain herbal chew did really good for me. Feels just like dip in your mouth, and tastes pretty close too.

I also use beef jerky, mints,  lollipops.
I quit on 4-8-13

I have been Quit for several years and I still wake up every morning and quit one day at a time.  I figure if it worked yesterday, it will work today.  Never ever get complacent in your quit!

Know what man?... This is something you just need to do. Right now! Let me ask you something... Do you really think you miss that CANCER being packed in your lip? Your mouth is already screwed up... Will putting MORE cancer in it help!? C'mon man... That's retarded.

I know where you're coming from bro... I am you. I know that crave and I know that fear. Cold turkey 100%... That's the way. I feel your need for something in your lip and that's playing too close to the fire for you. Seeds, gum, candy, veggies... Whatever. No nicotine. Period.

Find your August group and post roll. By posting roll you are giving your word to your group and every badass quitter on this site that you will be nicotine free that day. Just that day man because sometimes it's going to take everything you've got for that day. No nicotine in ANY form. Then... Rise-n-shine and we start all over again... one day at a time. It's simple... It's hard as hell... It's MORE than worth it. Absorb everything on this site. Read, read, read. All the tools are here. Bored? Get off your ass and do something... Run, exercise, play video games, go shopping, get laid, whatever! Down time was my biggest trigger... Don't do downtime for awhile. There are a ton of awesome quitters in August... Reach out to them, they'll pull you in and help you fight. PM me if you need anything. Rock your quit man...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

I have been chewing for almost 3 years now.  I have tried to quit many times and the big problem I face is getting bored and craving a dip and missing the feeling of having a dip in after a long period of time.  My moth starts to dry out and starts hurting where I would put a dip in.

Tomorrow I plan on posting roll and quitting from there on out assuming I can't post today since I have had nicotine.  I am curious what I can do to help with my cravings of the feeling of having a dip in?
You can post as soon as you no longer use nicotine. If you stopped now, then post and promise to not use again.

The link for you to post roll is the August group which is located HERE.

If you look across the banner on the top of the page you will see a link to the WELCOME CENTER or just click
HERE, that link will tell you everything you need to know to get started.

There is no better time then right now to quit.
