Here's my answer to the 3 questions...

I am an addict. In fact, we are all addicts. I am responsible for my actions. I made the conscious decision to pollute my body and roll the cancer dice. However, I know that was a mistake. A poor reaction to a terrible situation. I quit because I value my life. How I will quit will be shown through my posts here. You will see my quit plan in subsequent posts.

At 552 days in, I still make a daily promise that under no circumstances will I use nicotine today. I'll be damned if I break that promise. That's it. I will not break that promise, period. See the difference?

Been following this a bit this week. On my 24th wedding aniversary (Jan 9th) I had to put a bullet in my 12 year old lab, got news I'm getting laid off, tomorrow is my mother in laws funeral. I'm finishing day 10 "sober".
