Quit on Grady. This intro is an awesome chronicle of how far you've come.
Proud to have a quitter like Grady in July with me, he is the Pit Bull of quit.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Hey,

1) May was a rough work month and I did a lot of posting and running. Just got caught up on your thread. I am sorry to hear that you lost your father and wanted to let you know I am sorry to find out about your loss.

2) J2B - is the only thing I like about Cleveland. He seems alright, even if he is a Brown's fan.

3) Go Bucs!!!

4) QLF EDD!
Thanks Sam. Yinz is allite n'at. I dig that logo in your avatar. Cleveland has one good thing and that's the West Side Market . Man that place is unreal, sorry to say but as far as food, it's better than the Strip. (Did I just say that? Please Lord forgive me, I am not a Pa trader) As far as the turds and the Injuns 'Finger' (Although Tito  Swish are good people) Quit on no matter what life brings you!

41 days? Are you kidding me. I laughed my ass off reading what I wrote on my 1st 3-4 days of my quit. Man, a lot has happened since I first made my intro but regardless I AM QUIT and that my friends is all that matters.

Question: How many of you spit like a little school boy now? This is just too funny. I guess just by 2nd nature after 30 years I'm outside and I just spit, the half ass projectile from my mouth just kinda trickles down my goatee. All I could do is laugh but that's a good thing. Fuck the spit and keep the quit!
Keep it up Grady. I hear you on the new projectile.

I work in downtown PGH 5 days per week. Great quit and don't be afraid to reach out.
