Bro,, welcome. You can find all the directions in the welcome center top left. Read up on how and why. Pay particular attention to why. When you post roll you are giving your word to us yourself and the whole world your not going to use for the day. Your group is the December hof group. If you mess it up it will get fixed, you'll get the hang of it.

There are many tools here, I needed them all, and often still do. I will send you a PM with some info once I see that you have posted roll. Posting roll is your promise not to use today. It is the backbone of this site. It offers the accountability that people need. I believe that an addict without accountability is a user. I tried to beat this bitch with only willpower so many times before. I could not do it. I did not have a plan. I did not have the right tools. I did not have support. When I found this site, I found all of those things. Now I am at 243 days clean. You can do the same. There are many people here that are willing to help you. But none of them can quit for you. The ball is in your court. Whats it gonna be??
