Make yourself in love with the idea. Who would say no to freedom, life, money, and self-respect starting immediately?  Say it until you're blue in face: I hate dip and I love being quit. There is NO reason to use that shit ever.

I don't need a trophy.  I want to stay nicotine free.  I was early on in my quit, and stumbled.  I'm back, and appreciate everyone encouraging my ownership of my quit.  Thank you.
I don't see an answer to the 3 questions. Those are a requirement for everyone who caves and comes back. Reference my post above and get those answered in Aug 2020.

You say you "want to stay nicotine free". The road to hell is paved with good intentions. What ACTIONS are you taking to ENSURE you remain nicotine free today?? You posted roll. That is the first step. How many people have you swapped digits with? Have you been active on the forum sharing your victories and your struggles, encouraging your fellow quitters and building relationships??

If it were the case that ifs and buts were candy and nuts, then we'd all have a jolly Christmas. We don't "try" here. We honor our words through thick and thin and never make excuses. Be a man of your word. Be a man of action.
Life if going to happen. Are you going to cave every time life gets hard? You need to decide what is your priority. You will never regret quitting but you will always regret caving. As MX said, you need to answer the 3 questions in your group.

Thanks for the messages and "tags" everyone.  I messed up this weekend, and have to restart.  Day 1 today.  Thanks again for the support.
Not sensing any sort of remorse here. Are you upset at all that while we were here grinding it out one day at a time, giving and honoring our promises, you were stuffing poison dirt in your face? All those messages and tags were from people who cared about you and your quit stoppage. And you come back and leave this steaming pile?

This is an ACCOUNTABILITY resource. Get on here, make your daily promise early each and every day and honor your word. The messages and tags were people attempting to hold you accountable. Share your digits with other members and create relationships. When you are struggling, we can then provide a lifeline. But you need to be dedicated, involved and understand that caving, under any circumstances, it NOT an option.

If you haven't already, get your ass into August 2020 group and post the answers to the 3 questions:

1.) What happened?
2.) Why did it happen?
3.) What are you going to do differently?

These questions are for you to dig deep and help ensure you don't find yourself in this place again. Put some effort and thought into them. And you might want to also ask yourself who you are quitting for and why you decided to sign up and quit. Cause based on what I've seen so far, I could probably provide answers to those last two questions for you but we can compare answers later.
