This is so dead on. I was putting this shit in my mouth for almost 30 years knowing it was bad for me...but not really knowing. I didn't really want to know how bad it was. I have done the reading and looked at the pics. Now I know. It's like a light bulb goes off when realize what you are really doing and it will give your quit more strength.
