Speaking of which, thanksgiving is right around the corner... I will be most thankful this year because I decided to quit chewing. My wife will be thankful if I get my lazy ass to the gym.

The bottom line is you have to stay quit. Quitters here will support you, challenge you and share their experiences with you. The sooner you cleanse your body of the nicotine poison the better.
