Anyways i poste roll this morning although i might've not done it right since im on my phone. I will stay quit today for me and you guy. Bring it on!
Ronnie,
The good news is that if you were being a dickhead you didn't hurt my feeling or that of anyone else. Fuck up posting roll all you want, just do it continuously.

PM me if you ever want another phone number of a quitter to back you up.

Thank what you want bump me i dont care ive put myself out there and explained it the best that I can. There is nothing else left to say to you i will do it ik I will when i put my mind on a goal I always finish and excel.
So you're saying that you had not put your mind into your first 2 quits? Im just trying to wrap my head around your way of thinking.

You're now in the killers which is the group I belong to. I promise to help you out in any way that i can but if your not in this 100% then dont waste our fucking time. Weve got some real badass quitters in this group and we dont need people in there who is gonna half-ass things. Its all or nothing.
Ok, Prove it. Post roll and stay quit. Actions speak louder than words.
Ronnie, grin and fucking bare it! Do not get defensive, Derk is not attacking you as it may seem. He is trying to get you to think through the why to help you with the now current quit.

Move on down the road, stay quit there is nothing more that you could do is prove him wrong. Hell prove everyone on here wrong, that is what we want the most out of you.
Derk and all of us are getting you to cross over to the other side where your mind has to be when you are quit. He/we all are trying to get you to see that your mindset has to change. I don't know how to 100% describe it but its that point where NAFAR really means what the letters mean. Where you would rather take a bullet than ever put that nasty fucking life robbing poison back in your mouth ever again. That's what he/we are doing.
Complacency sucks, one moment of it is the difference between being a user and a quitter....OIB

Keep all your posts in your original thread that way you can go back and read it and you can capture your journey.
Good idea. I merged your two threads, Ronnie. Great decision to quit.
Okay and thank you
Hey Ronnie... glad your back. I am very sorry for your loss... that is just awful.

Having a hard time deciphering your 3 questions. You only made a couple of statements and then said your ready to start again. I am glad for that. Myabe it is somewhere else and I just cant find it.

So what are you going to do differently? Not sure I understand "all distractions have been replaced." Actually, I am 100% sure I don't understand.

You never really answered the other 2 either. All you said is your friend passed away and all distractions are replaced. I believe you need to put in some more thought to your 3 questions. In the end this is for you.

Are you serious about this, or are you going to be doing another day 1 by this weekend? Right now, I can't tell if you are serious about this. Are you?
The biggest difference is so far that I've told no one this time about my quit This way I'm the only one who knows and then I have the satisfaction in a couple of days to tell them about what I've done. The last time I really had no reason to start dipping again I really didn't. This time I just feel like it's not only time but that I actually want to. If you don't believe me or are doubtful that is to be expected but there really is nothing else I can tell you.
Umm, so did you answer the 3 questions. I would say no. If you have nothing better than that, than you are in trouble. Here they are again.

1. What happened? (what actually happened.... not my friend passed away.... walk yourself thru it. Did you walk into a C-store and a bunch of goons held you down until you dipped?)

2. Why did it happen? (you have been here quit, so why did this happen... did you not have a quit plan, did you not have numbers.... why did you cave? Did you even think of the commitment to stay quit?)

3. What are you going to do differently? (tell us what you will do differently that you didn;t do in the 2 questions above that will make you stay quit today.... what steps are you going to take)
One could also take the not telling friends as if you don't really quit you don't have to face anyone and hear I told you so. Let everyone know you quit and to not offer you any dip if they offer they are not your friend. My fatherinlaw knows I don't dip anymore and he turned away and stepped out of the room to take his dip last pm.

I think this is sM's quote it will suck til it don't and then it won't.

I say you answer the questions that Derk is asking you, they are for you more than anyone they are for you to take a long hard look at yourself and your quit. You may have a nugget of info that another newbie or anyone for that matter might hold on to to keep themselves quit from hearing and seeing your words.
