Today I am just plain pissed.  Every little thing is aggravating.  'bang head'

Struggling right now!
Just remember that once you've gotten thru this suck you'll never have to do it again. Get a workout in or chew about 6 pieces of double bubble at a time until your jaw hurts.

You got this and you're already thru several days of the suck. It gets better, oh so much better. Gitchur big boy pants on and stick it to the NB. Quit with you today Apo

You don't know but maybe you could just be pissed. Tell yourself that not everything you feel is caused by quitting. There is too much good that is going to come out of our quitting. Life altering shit that goes beyond just quitting dip. But changing who we are. Don't you fucking dare throw that future away for a lip full of cat shit! Don't forget the last 9 days. You are doing this. Its like the stock market. Ups and downs but a general steady rise to freedom. Just keep going dammit!

Today I choose to quit because today is the only day I have control over today. Tomorrow is a new day and when tomorrow is today, I'll control it too, but not until then. I will win this fight with today...

Hey! Yesterday was a good day with not many issues with quitting. Felt pretty good and looking forward to today being a good day quit! B)
You'll get more and more of these kind of days. Own your quit and make sure you never have to start over and go through that suck again. You've got this thing Apo. ODAAT with you.

Yesterday was my toughest so far with cravings all day and night.  I fought the beast all the way through the BCS championship and then went to sleep to finally kill him!

MADE IT THROUGH ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT NICOTINE!    'Finger'   YAY!!!

Feeling much better today!  Thanks to Rdad for swapping numbers with me and to 30isenuff for the chuckle about the changing taste of things as your mouth clears up!
Congrats buddy on the week, every crave you conquer the easier this becomes.

Stay the course, one day at a time
Keep chuggin Apo. Things will start to come more naturally as your body adjusts to being "normal" again. Judging from your avatar, you aren't quite "normal," but getting closer everyday!

Proud to be quit with you today bro. I just PM'd you my digits if you ever need anything.
That is exactly how you do it! You battle for that day. You won last night.

You can get thru a game like that, then I know you can do it today brother.

QLF today!

"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

Today has just been one crave after another!  As soon as I get out of one for a few minutes the next one starts creeping in!  They move on fast but keep coming.  I am not liking this at all.

Note to self: no more McDonalds for lunch, I used to cut the after taste with a big ole' dip and without it, this is just adding to the crave!

'bang head'  'bang head'  'bang head'  'bang head'

Ok, I feel better now!
Mcdonalds sucks
Quit rules
Keep quitting Today apogeeammo. It gets much better.
I used to love/crave McDonalds fillet o fish....since about day 150 when I tried one without the poison in my body, I can taste the shit that I have been eating for years. No more fillet o fish for me.
Everything will change for the better apogeeammo.
Keep quitting for Today.
Tomorrow isn't real yet.
Today is The Gift...That's why it is called The Present.
You got this! ODAAT.
Awesome 3 days! Awesome!
Hey Man
I'm pretty new too but here are a couple things I have noticed that may help you. First, read as much as you can about our addiction and start to believe that nicotine did nothing for us.
Keep up on this journal here (just like you are doing)as you are going to be feeling better (trust me, you will) and you do not want to forget how crappy this is right now so you don't have to do this again.
Don't ever miss roll call. All you do is keep that promise one day at a time.
Make some friends to lean on and reach out to in time of need. Go to your inbox at the upper right. You got mail.

Keep at it. You are doing this!
