If today was your day 1 what would you do differently?
Nothing except choose a different handle.
Left out the 'F'?
'crackup'
Exactly. I wonder if I can get an admin to change it.

I voted today + I posted roll today
Freedom + Freedom = Freedom

If you need help just shout. Day 333 is a hell of a lot better than day 33 or day 3. It is worth it.

Hate seeing this but thanks for posting it. A good reminder that it's never over.

This was very disappointing to read. BMax was the first person in the group I connected with and I felt he really pulled me into the site.
Soui's quit is stronger than BMax. Is yours?
THis is troubling. Bmax had my number as well. Poor example of using tools.

I would do NOTHING different------my quit is rock solid and I like my journey just as it is. I am Quit and always will be!
Join KTC and post roll. I didn't find this place until I was several weeks quit alone. Had I came here earlier, I think it would have made a difference to those around me. THey wouldn't have suffered as much pissiness.

Spend more time on this site, more time in chat, I kinda signed up here blind to what it was all about, if I had drank the KTC Kool aid sooner it would of helped.

Drink more water, work out, get off my ass, and push through the suck instead of just bitching about how bad it was.
